Hi, I'm Rochelle.
I'm the founder of Virtually by Elle, a mom, and a military spouse. I built this business knowing firsthand what it's like to juggle real life while trying to run something that actually lasts. That's why I care so much about helping other founders get out of survival mode.
Most of my clients come to me doing too much themselves… holding every process in their head, putting out fires instead of building, and wondering why growth feels so hard. I come in and take the operational side off their plate for good. Not as an assistant. As a partner who owns it.
With over five years of experience in operations management, a formal accounting degree, and QuickBooks certification, I bring both the strategic thinking and technical foundation to build systems that actually hold up as your business grows.

I'm an introvert by nature, which means I'm not here to be the loudest voice in the room. I'm here to be the most prepared one. While my clients are focused on their people and their growth, I'm three steps ahead on the operations… anticipating problems before they happen, keeping things moving, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

I started as a Virtual Assistant. I learned early that most of the chaos founders experience isn't a people problem… it's a systems problem. Nobody had ever shown them how to build operations that run without them. So I started building it for them.
Over five years I grew from task execution into full operational strategy. I learned what breaks at every stage of growth, what founders actually need versus what they think they need, and how to build systems that hold up when life happens… which, as a military spouse and mom, I know it always does.
I now work with established coaches, service providers, and agency owners who are ready to stop being the one everything runs through in their own business. The Silent Engine Framework I use isn't borrowed from a course. It's built from five years of doing this work.
